Kelly Slater surprises himself and WOWs the crowds as he lands a 720 ariel in Portugal at the Ripcurl Pro. As Brett Simpson put it, this was a “Milestone day” for surfing and a certain crowd pleaser!
Since Kelly Slater parted ways with Quiksilver after spending most of his surfing career being sponsored by the surfing giant, there has been no end of speculation about the kit he will be using next. Perfectly unbranded, we may finally have an idea about the wetsuit technology he favours and possibly the suits he is currently wearing.
Check out the unmistakeable TD3 lining, with its signature heat pattern rolled down around Kelly’s hips! Could it be an Xcel wetsuit? your guess is as good as ours but it certainly looks that way!
