The office surfer on the weekend weather – “Strong winds and lots of rain again for the UK going into Saturday. The Wind for Saturday is SW gusting up to 50 knots but dropping during the day. The swell height on the SW coast is over 6m and 14 seconds in the morning. So head to sheltered spots again in the morning. For Sunday the swell height drops but the wave period stays up over 13 seconds and wind drops off and the sunny spells at last!”
Dom from Fone Kites – ” The forecast this weekend is not for the faint hearted. However, after the winter of winters we should all be ready for it”
So make sure your kites and checked and ready to go, the perfect session is just around the corner. Dom will still be out on the water this weekend, down at his local spot windsurfing. “its going to be howling and wet, wet kites don’t fly so well and it will be gusty” Its always good to have a back up, windsurfing it is.
